What does Direct Primary Cost?
DPC - or Direct Primary Care , is a membership program perfect for the family who has no insurance, an insurance plan with a high deductible plan that they usually do not meet, or for the person who wants a closer relationship with a provider who takes their time and listens. No rushed appointments, and the monthly fee includes all visits.
Adult + Child (age 6-17)
Self-Pay Only. At this time we do not accept insurance for DPC.
$50 enrollment fee and a $75 monthly fee
Meet Jennifer Cochran, PMHNP
Jennifer Cochran is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with nearly 30 years of nursing experience. She holds a master's degree from the University of Toledo and mental health certification from Wilkes University. Jennifer is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centered care, drawing from her extensive experience and personal journey with mental health challenges. Her approach is warm, empowering, and non-judgmental, ensuring that each patient feels supported and understood.

Meet Jennifer Tresso, FNP
Jennifer Tresso, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is highly educated and trained to conduct comprehensive physical examinations, accurately diagnose various diseases, and effectively treat a wide range of medical conditions. She is proficient in managing acute ailments, from the common cold to urinary tract infections, and is also adept at treating patients with multiple chronic health issues, including hypertension, diabetes, and thyroid disorders.
